The “No” People Who Don’t Know Better
Some people will try to tear you down; don’t let them
I’ve recently begun joining crypto communities and groups on Facebook in order to interact with others and share the greatness that is the crypto mining company I work with. In some of my posts, I have been met with degradation and disrespect of those who dismiss me and the company as scammers. I often feel like I become somewhat of a laughingstock in such situations.
I then tend to find myself trying to defend my position as a representative of a legitimate company, feeling frustrated in the process with having to deal with the immaturity of others. Questions flood my mind:
Why did people have to be so rude?
If they didn’t agree, why didn’t they just move along?
Why did they have to comment something uncalled for?
Then I remembered something very important about business (not just crypto business) and life in general: you’re going to have to deal with THOSE people.
Those people who knock you down.
Those people who laugh at what you do.
