I appreciate this line because it points out that essentially, it's ok to not be ok. This is something that I struggled to understand in my initial (and not current) pursuit to become a motivational speaker.
You're absolutely within your rights to feel and have low points in your life. I took issue with the motivational speaker pursuit because I felt like it meant I had to encourage this idea that you should be happy 24/7, which is ridiculous. Nonstop optimism gets tiring and at a point, I believe it also gets a little delusional.
