Have you ever crushed on someone really hard, but knew deep down inside that they weren’t someone who wanted the best for you?

Or have you ever been in a relationship with somebody you loved with all your heart, but they weren’t doing the same for you?

It’s time we go over the importance of understanding and exercising self-awareness when it comes to knowing the people you should hold in your life and those you should not.

Sometimes, the person you want the most is the person you’re best without.

I know this is a difficult topic for some to grasp, and that’s okay. Your feelings are natural and normal.

You loved someone.
You gave them your heart.
You did a lot for them.
You tried so hard to please them.
And yet they still pushed you away.
They hurt you.
