A Year In Review

It’s time to reflect and prepare.

So.

As I’m sure you’re all aware by now, 2019 is coming to a close and 2020 is knocking on the front door.

Gee, it only felt like yesterday when I was writing my last end-of-the-year article, “2018: The Entrepreneurship Escapade.”

And now comes the time to write the 2019 version.

Except, I’m not going to be copying the format. I wanted to keep this year’s concluding message rather simple.

Now is as good a time as any to reflect on the past year and prepare ourselves for moving forward.

This is something that many of us don’t do anyway, regardless of the time of year.

Many of us fail to reflect on our past.

This was something that came naturally to me. I used to be (and may still be) a very sentimental and wistful individual, in the sense of reminiscing the past quite often.

At the conclusion of every year, I would sadly wave goodbye to the past year and slowly trudge forward.
