A quote from Jeff Bezos, who most would recognize as the CEO of Amazon. I read this quote the other day, and wanted to share it with my own audience somehow.
We’ve talked many times now about regret, but I keep on bringing it up because of how important it is to take action *so that* you’re not left with regret.
There is no “right moment.” There is no “perfect day” for you to start. Those statements are simply your brain making excuses as to why you can’t go after what you want.
The brain 🧠 is dangerously good at rationalizing why you shouldn’t do something that’s in your best interest.
It doesn’t even have to be about huge endeavors or projects like starting a business, or even your own podcast. We hesitate for even smaller things, like asking our crush out on a date, or apologizing when we know we’ve done something wrong.
Every second you spend waiting for the “right moment” to do something is one more second you spend…
